Services

Cozy Clean Details provides professional mobile detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services.

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. Please ensure that all details provided are accurate to avoid any service disruptions. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment abruptly, you are subject to pay a $25 cancellation fee. This fee covers the time and resources allocated for your booking. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Additional Fees

Extra Dirty Vehicles: We do charge an additional fee if your vehicle is extra dirty. This includes but is not limited to excessive stains, built-up debris, an influx of pet hair, piles of garbage, or significant gunk. The fee will be assessed based on the condition of the vehicle and communicated to you before we start the service.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. All payments are due upon completion of the service. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. If there are any issues with payment, please contact us immediately to avoid further fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Access to Vehicle: The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon location and time. Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Liability

Damage: We take utmost care while working on your vehicle. However, Cozy Clean Details is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or items within it. Service Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information only for the purpose of providing our services and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Automated Text Messages (A2P)

Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Cozy Clean Details regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, promotions, and other related communications. Frequency: The number of text messages you receive will vary based on your interaction with our services. Typically, you can expect messages related to appointment scheduling and reminders. Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. Standard message and data rates may apply.
