TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY
By booking with Cozy Clean Details, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of our mobile detailing business.
Cozy Clean Details provides mobile vehicle detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and ongoing maintenance plans. All services are performed at the customer’s location.
Booking: Appointments may be booked via website, phone, or email. All booking information must be accurate to avoid scheduling issues. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations: A $25 cancellation fee applies if you cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice. This also applies to no-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle.
Due on Completion: All service payments—especially for maintenance appointments—are due immediately upon completion of the vehicle. Late Payments: If payment is not made at the time of service, you may be subject to a late fee of up to $45. Payment Plans: We are willing to offer short-term payment plans on a case-by-case basis; a late fee will be included in the agreement. Delinquency Policy: If you do not communicate or cooperate in resolving an unpaid invoice, we reserve the right to pursue legal action or send the account to collections. You will also be responsible for any legal or administrative fees incurred. Fraud Prevention: Booking a service and refusing to pay, disputing payments without contacting us first, or using false information (aliases, burner phones, etc.) will result in immediate blacklisting from our services, reporting to local authorities, and legal pursuit for theft of services.
Vehicles with excessive pet hair, stains, biohazards, garbage accumulation, or any other extreme condition will incur an additional service fee, which will be communicated before starting the job.
Vehicle Access: Customer must ensure vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, legal location.Vehicle Condition: Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before we arrive. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.Honesty Policy: If you misrepresent the condition of your vehicle to avoid fees, or repeatedly book and cancel without legitimate cause, you may be denied future services.
We treat your vehicle with utmost care. Cozy Clean Details is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage to loose trim, peeling clear coat, or weak surfaces. Service issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion for review.
Privacy Policy
We collect basic contact information (name, phone, email, address) solely for scheduling and delivering services. All data is securely stored and used only for service-related communication.
By providing your number, you consent to receive text messages regarding appointments, promotions, and updates. You may receive 2–5 texts per appointment lifecycle. To stop receiving texts, reply "STOP" at any time. Message & data rates may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your personal details are only used internally for communication and scheduling.
Policy Updates
We may revise these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated via email or SMS if applicable.
